Our Residential Care team goes above and beyond every day. They are gifted caregivers, at the ready to assist each resident according to his or her own specific care needs. In addition to care, EastView recognizes that vitalism as we age includes offering diverse opportunities for engagement. We deliver weekly favorites and novel programs 365 days/year…whether it’s chair yoga, bell choir, a talk by a professor or a concert by a student, religious services via Zoom, mind-active word game challenges, buoyant sing-alongs, raised bed gardening, crafting gifts, making applesauce, or recording personal memories. If someone has a fun idea…we find a way to make it happen.

Family Café of Music

We enjoy live music nearly every day at EastView, but on Friday afternoons, we are treated to hors d’oeuvres, light beverages, and live music featuring local musicians. Bravo!

Our Beautiful Neighborhood

MeadowSweet’s living room, with its cozy granite fireplace and sunroom, is the neighborhood’s hub of engagement. MeadowSweet’s centrally located dining room features French doors out to a covered porch, mountain views and a wide expanse of lawn with paved walking paths and EastView’s lovely Alpine Garden.

Residential Care Services

EastView’s Residential Care program has the capacity to respond quickly to changing needs as well as providing consistent trusted support for every resident. Each new resident, supported by family and medical team input, assists our Nursing Team in developing or updating the resident’s care plan. When support needs change related to personal hygiene, dressing, mobility and transferring, or due to illness or hospitalization, we have multiple care levels to ensure the delivery of the care needed.

MeadowSweet’s base service level, covered by a monthly fee, includes:

24-hour staff supervision with ongoing safety checks
Professional nursing assessments that guide individualized care plans
Medication oversight or administration
Transportation for up to four medical appointments a month
Three chef-prepared meals daily, plus healthy snacks
Spa Room with walk-in tub
Housekeeping and laundry
Extensive calendar of social, recreational, and cultural programs and activities
Personal assistance with activities of daily living and emotional support
Ongoing communication between care staff, family, and physicians

MeadowSweet’s 2024 base monthly fee ranges from $8,192 to $10,059 per month.
