DISTINCTIVE LIVING FEE STRUCTURE
Fees for EastView’s Independent Living homes include both a one-time Entry Fee as well as a monthly fee that is reviewed annually by the Board of Directors. Fees for MeadowSweet Residential Care and GardenSong Memory Care include a base monthly fee for the apartment plus a Level of Care fee for resident-specific care that corresponds to a care assessment conducted by a member of our RN team. There is no Entry Fee for our Residential and Memory Care neighborhoods.
Independent Living Apartments & Cottages
Entry Fees
Residents of EastView’s cottages and Independent Living apartments become “investors” in our community during the time they live in an Independent Living cottage or apartment, by providing an Entry Fee for their home. 80% of this Entry Fee is refunded when the resident no longer lives in the home and a new Entry Fee for the home has been received. Cottage Entry Fees starting at $420,000 and Independent Living Apartment Entry Fees starting at $199,000.
Monthly Fees
Our monthly fees cover home maintenance for HVAC systems and appliances, snow management, mowing and management of community landscapes and gardens, trash services, building property insurance, property taxes, and scheduled transportation, emergency call system, as well as use of community spaces and ongoing program offerings.

COTTAGES
Monthly maintenance fees start at $2,892. An additional person adds $349 per month. Housekeeping and meal plans are available for an additional fee.
INDEPENDENT LIVING APARTMENTS
Monthly maintenance fees start at $3,393. An additional person adds $948 per month.
Apartment residents are provided one main meal, weekly housekeeping, utilities (electricity, water, gas), in addition to the comprehensive maintenance services provided throughout the community (listed above).
RESIDENTIAL CARE & MEMORY CARE
Starting rates are based on single occupancy. There is no Entry Fee required for MeadowSweet/GardenSong.

We offer a range of care levels based upon an individual’s interests, capabilities, and needs. It is our commitment to provide quality care at fair prices. We have created different fee levels to provide equity between residents who need minimal assistance and those who benefit from greater levels of care.
