HR MANAGER
EastView at Middlebury, a well-known and respected nonprofit senior living community in Middlebury, VT, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced, creative Human Resources professional to expand and lead our Human Resources responsibilities and pursuits on behalf of our employees.
We seek someone who has the confidence and initiative to enthusiastically drive toward results while effectively managing all aspects of daily HR functions. S/he will partner with our HR Coordinator and Leadership Team to provide an outstanding experience for our residents by promoting a community spirit and work ethic of exceptional service throughout the entire organization.
The ideal candidate will have:
• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field plus five years of HR experience.
• An SPHR or PHR certification preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.
• An ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• The capability to develop and maintain strong, positive relationships.
• Strength in mentoring/coaching and teambuilding skills to help advance the diverse skillsets of our entire team.

SERVER
Employment Options: Full and Part-Time Shifts (Day and Early Evening)
EastView is seeking a few customer service- oriented teammates for our wait staff. We specialize in supporting those who may be just beginning their work life as well as offering stable employment for those who may be seeking the opportunity to work with active seniors in a community setting. While we prefer individuals with some serving experience, we’ll happily provide training for those ready to go the extra mile on behalf of our Residents.

RESIDENTIAL CARE ASSISTANT
Employment Options: Full and Part-Time Shifts (Evening and Night)
The Resident Care Assistant (RCA) participates as a key member of the health care team implementing care in a manner that maintains a nurturing environment and supports the health and independence of the residents. RCAs use primary care assignments to provide resident-centered care to support each resident’s activities of daily living. RCAs use their care-giving skills to ensure the physical and cognitive well-being of residents, as well as their emotional and social well-being.
