Executive Director and CEO Connie Leach is a Vermont native and graduate of Williams College and the University of Michigan. For more than two decades she created and led respected nonprofit organizations and state government programs in Vermont.

In 2005, she became EastView’s first employee, assisting Founder Rob Alberts in the establishment of our community.
