Executive Director and CEO Connie Leach is a Vermont native and graduate of Williams College and the University of Michigan. For more than two decades she created and led respected nonprofit organizations and state government programs in Vermont.

In 2005, she became EastView’s first employee, assisting Founder Rob Alberts in the establishment of our community. Over the ensuing years she has continued to build expertise in senior living administration and is a growing voice influencing vital retirement opportunities for Boomers. Connie completed Vermont’s rigorous Nursing Home Administrator-in-Training program in 2018 and is a Certified Dementia Practitioner.

Under Connie’s leadership EastView has operated with positive revenue streams while providing employees higher wages and residents increased service delivery. In 2019, she oversaw EastView’s successful refinancing of its Bonds, and she continues to focus on building higher levels of expertise within its workforce.

In partnership with the Board, she is directing insightful analysis of future strategic endeavors.   Connie energetically leads with a constant focus equating vital community with vital retirement while fulfilling EastView’s commitment to improving and honoring the experience of aging.
