Happy Spring!
We enjoyed an amazing full solar eclipse yesterday here in Middlebury – truly a once-in-a-generation experience! The beautiful sunny weather led to a flawless viewing, and our dining team outdid themselves with the delicious spread of appetizers served at the Eclipse reception.
