To our Residents, Family Members, Staff and Local Community,

We continue our stringent measures to protect our entire community from COVID-19;  restricting site access, social distancing and routine health and temperature checks, as detailed on this page.  As of today, we have no diagnosed cases of COVID-19.

I’m happy to provide an update on our successful “Masks en Masse” program (see below for details).  We have collected over 350 protective masks from our community in a single week, and are quickly distributing them to seniors in need in our community.  At EastView, we are proud to support seniors not just in our facility, but in the broader Addison County community as well.  Please continue to donate your homemade, washable masks – we remain committed to ensuring that local seniors needing masks have them.  Click here for information about how to donate masks or request one: eastviewmiddlebury.com/masks.  We recognize that a face mask is the ultimate hug we can share with each other in these difficult Coronavirus times.

We’re so grateful for our amazing health care providers – the job they do and their upbeat energy each and every day.  Our team has been inspired by John Krasinski’s “Some Good News” program on YouTube, and are creating our own version of capturing the joy in these challenging times.  Check out this preview – I think you’ll be inspired too!

I will continue to provide updates on live at EastView here – please check back frequently.  Should you have any questions, contact us at 802-989-7500 or through email at: CommunityStrong@eastviewmiddlebury.com

Stay Vital!
